Outstanding Service Award
The Jessica Soulliere Outstanding Service Award
The Jessica Soulliere Outstanding Service Award recognizes U-M Innovation Partnerships staff members for exceptional customer service, performance, and responsiveness, as well as approaching their work in a way that extends beyond the ordinary fulfillment of a position’s duties. Our colleague, Jessica Soulliere, was a licensing professional at U-M Innovation Partnerships. She worked with faculty to move software, mobile technologies, and creative works from the laboratory into the wider world. Her contributions to the success of U-M based innovations and technologies were many. She played a critical role in several important start-up licensing efforts including the foundational licenses to Neurable and Parabricks. She was especially proud of the positive impact that these and other efforts would have on improving lives.
Jessica was a trusted and valued colleague with an exceptional work ethic and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service. This annual award celebrates the positive influence Jessica had on everyone that she interacted with and it is with this award we remember her commitment to excellence and service.
