Ayana Richardson

Commercialization Program Coordinator

Ayana’s career has consisted of various leadership and manager roles in higher education, K-12, and the non-profit sector in the areas of program development and management, development (fundraising), alumni relations, grant management/writing, marketing/communications, events, financial management and research administration.

Ayana holds a Bachelor of General Studies with a concentration in Communications and Afroamerican/African studies and a Master of Arts in Higher Education with a concentration in Philanthropy, Advancement, and Development from the University of Michigan and a Master of Sports Science from the United States Sports Academy. In addition, she holds certifications in Nonprofit Executive Leadership and Fund Raising Management from Indiana University and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of Southern Florida.
