Kurt Gilbert

Finance and Budget Analyst

Kurt joined Innovation Partnerships in 2023 and specializes in financial accounting and data analysis. He supports the commercialization of University of Michigan technologies by analyzing and reporting on all financial activity across the department, including budgeting, spending analysis, and forecasting.

He has been with the University since 2006 and has served within several departments of Financial Operations, which include Sponsored Research, Plant Fund, and was the Lead Investment Accountant for all University Invested Assets.

Kurt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Central Michigan University.
