Olga is responsible for growing and sustaining existing industry research partnerships and cultivating new opportunities for U-M faculty to partner with industry. She counsels faculty on potential research partnerships, and assists in navigating and complying with master research agreement terms and requirements of existing partnerships.
Prior to joining Corporate Research Alliances team, Olga worked as a director at the Business Engagement Center at the University of Michigan where she built a successful track record of securing research funds and generating significant philanthropic support for university priorities from corporate organizations.
Olga has 15+ years of industry experience working in business development, account management and marketing roles at technology companies ForeSee, Zoller and Comshare.
Olga holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Psychology and Education from The Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia.
