University of Michigan Accelerate Blue Fund

The University of Michigan Accelerate Blue Fund (“Accelerate Blue” or the “Fund”) is a new early-stage investment fund approved by the Regents of the University of Michigan on October 17, 2019. Accelerate Blue is a collaborative, cross-campus effort led by the U-M Innovation Partnerships Venture Center in support of U-M startup companies in domains such as sustainability, artificial intelligence, social impact, advanced materials, environmental solutions, software, mobility, energy, cleantech, and many others.
For U-M Startup Entrepreneurs
Although Accelerate Blue has been approved by the Regents, funding must still be raised through a newly launched philanthropic campaign. As such, the Accelerate Blue Fund is not accepting investment applications at this time. We expect to open investment applications for the Fund by mid-2020. This page will be updated with additional information as we move closer to meeting our minimum fundraising goals required to launch the Fund.
