Jamal Mosallam is a strategic finance executive with 20+ years of global experience in
financings, M&A, and exits across life sciences, healthcare, automotive, and industrial sectors.
He has led multimillion-dollar equity raises and public listings, including a $25M reverse merger
and a $12M Series A financing. With deep experience in restructurings and operational
leadership of mid-cap businesses, he guides early-stage and middle-market companies through
growth, financing, and liquidity events. Jamal holds a degree in accounting, an MBA, and
recently completed the executive program in venture capital and private equity at Columbia
Business School.
