Email: [email protected]Kristen DeLeon Hamilton joined Innovation Partnerships at the University of Michigan in 2025. In her role, she provides support to the Director of Ventures and Managing Director of the Accelerate Blue Fund, Dave Repp and the Ventures team.
Prior to joining Innovation Partnerships, Kristen worked for a community-driven non-profit where she designed and implemented an education innovation fellowship program for early-stage founders, supporting them in piloting their ideas and building their ventures. Kristen has also been an educator for over 15 years, previously co-founding a freedom school and leading programming for young people and their families at the Ypsilanti District Library.
Kristen holds a B.A. in Children’s Literature and Drama/Theater for the Young from Eastern Michigan University and is the Vice Chair of the Washtenaw International Theatremakers Board of Directors.
